According to the Tianyancha App, recently, there have been changes in the business registration of Huawei Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Hu Houkun has resigned as the chairman of the company, and has been succeeded by Hou Jinlong. It is worth mentioning that in January of this year, Hu Houkun also resigned as the legal representative of the company, and was succeeded by Wang Hui. The company was established in June 2021 with a registered capital of 3 billion RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of online energy metering technology, online energy monitoring technology, and high-efficiency energy-saving technology in the electricity industry. The company is wholly owned by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
