Jin Zhi Education's GEM IPO "terminated (withdrawn)" as a provider of information technology services for universities.

According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on June 13, Jiangsu Jinzhi Education Information Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jinzhi Education) submitted an IPO application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Board, and the status of the IPO review has changed to "terminated (withdrawn)". Due to Jinzhi Education and its sponsor withdrawing the application for listing, in accordance with Article 62 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Stock Issuance and Listing Review Rules (2024 Revision), the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has decided to terminate its review for listing.
