According to the Securities Times app, it was disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 13th that Suzhou Ulesay Shared Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as Ulesay) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CITIC Securities International is the exclusive sponsor and DBS Group is the financial advisor. The company had previously filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 18, 2024.
