Hobo Precision: Plans to acquire 70% of Shanghai Wodian's equity for 420 million yuan.

On June 15, Bozhong Precision announced that the company plans to acquire 70% of the equity of Shanghai Wodian Industrial Automation Co., Ltd. held by Huang Lizhi and other transaction parties for a total price of 420 million yuan in cash. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 70% of the equity of Shanghai Wodian, and Shanghai Wodian will be included in the scope of the company's consolidation. This transaction includes performance commitments, with the performance commitment period from 2025 to 2027. The cumulative net profit attributable to the parent company of Shanghai Wodian, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, during the performance commitment period shall not be lower than 185 million yuan.
