(hereinafter referred to as "Huafeng Green Energy") with Yixing Fuding Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yixing Fuding") and Hubei Mengze State-owned Capital Investment Operation Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Mengze State Investment") with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. The company plans to contribute RMB 70 million in cash, accounting for 70% of the registered capital; Yixing Fuding plans to contribute RMB 20 million in cash, accounting for 20% of the registered capital; Mengze State Investment plans to contribute RMB 10 million in cash, accounting for 10% of the registered capital.
