New stock news | BoTong Internet of Vehicles' Hong Kong IPO and domestic unlisted shares have obtained approval for "full circulation".

According to the Wise Finance APP, on June 13th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Filing of Overseas Issuance and Listing of Unlisted Shares" for Botai Car Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 12,114,200 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In addition, 30 shareholders of the company intend to convert a total of 60,560,947 shares of unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares, and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
