(Qinchang Glass) is a wholly-owned subsidiary established and operating by the company in the People's Republic of China. Qinchang Glass received notification from the Changping District Housing Acquisition Center in Beijing (Changping Housing Acquisition Center) that the land use rights of two parcels of land located in Qinchang District of Beijing will be taken back by the local government of Changping District in Beijing for redevelopment.
