The 2025 version of the electronic tour guide certificate and tour guide identity card will be activated on June 30th.

According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on the Matters Related to the Implementation of the 2025 Version of Electronic Tour Guide Certificate and Application for Tour Guide Identity Card, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has made adjustments to the style and application of the electronic tour guide certificate and tour guide identity card that have been in use since 2017. The 2025 version of the electronic tour guide certificate and tour guide identity card will be officially put into use on June 30, 2025.
