China Securities Regulatory Commission solicits public opinions on the "Regulations on Classification Evaluation of Futures Companies."

In order to effectively implement supervision and management of futures companies, allocate regulatory resources reasonably, improve regulatory efficiency, guide futures companies to operate in compliance, focus on their core businesses, enhance risk management capabilities and service capabilities for the real economy, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has revised the "Classification Supervision Regulations for Futures Companies" and formed the "Classification Evaluation Regulations for Futures Companies". The draft is now open for public comments.
