Guangxi's flood prevention and typhoon response level has been adjusted from level four to level three.

The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Flood and Drought Control Headquarters issued a notice: Today at 15:00, the center of the first typhoon "Butterfly" of this year is located near the sea surface of Dongfang City, Hainan Province, with a maximum wind force near the center of 11 levels. It is expected that "Butterfly" will move in a northerly direction at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour, and will make landfall again along the coast from Beihai, Guangxi to Xuwens, Guangdong around noon on the 14th. Guangxi Meteorological Observatory has upgraded the typhoon level 4 warning to level 3.
