Country Garden has extended the deadline for the third time for the agreement on the support of overseas debt restructuring fees, hoping to complete the overseas debt restructuring within the year.

Country Garden issued a notice stating that, in accordance with the overseas debt restructuring support agreement, the deadline for the restructuring support agreement consent fees will be extended once again. This is the third extension of the consent fee deadline by Country Garden. The company has the discretion to unilaterally extend the early bird restructuring support agreement consent fee deadline and the general restructuring support agreement consent fee deadline. Many creditors have not yet joined the restructuring support agreement, but they support the proposed restructuring. These creditors are currently going through their regular internal approval processes, and once completed, they can formally join the restructuring support agreement. Country Garden's overseas debt restructuring involves a principal amount of $14.074 billion. Since the beginning of this year, Country Garden has been aiming to accelerate the progress of the restructuring and hopes to complete it by December 31, 2025.
