Danske Bank's research department has revised its forecast for the European Central Bank interest rate path. Previously, ECB President Lagarde had indicated in a press conference on Thursday that the rate-cutting cycle may soon come to an end. Assistant analyst Emily Hebo stated that the bank has now canceled its expectation for a rate cut by the ECB in July and has instead set the final rate cut expectation for September. This will bring the ECB's deposit rate to 1.75%, compared to the bank's previous forecast of 1.50%.
