Kewen Technology's AI intelligent recognition application in biscuit packaging inspection

The AI intelligent recognition detection solution launched by Beijing Huixun Bodetech Co., Ltd. is suitable for accurate identification and detection of defects in the packaging of biscuits. This solution applies the Huixun Technology AI intelligent platform, adopts advanced deep learning algorithms and image processing algorithms for efficient and accurate identification in complex backgrounds. Photocells are installed in the biscuit detection area, industrial cameras and light source devices are installed on the rear detection frame, and sound and light alarm indicators are installed on the production line. All these devices are connected to Huixun Technology's industrial IoT box for management and control. During detection, biscuits move forward with the production line conveyor belt. When the biscuits reach the position of the photocells, the light source on the detection frame is triggered, and the industrial camera takes photos of the biscuit packaging body to obtain image information. The image information is then transmitted to the background system through the industrial IoT box.
