According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on June 6th, the China Cuisine Association announced that the performance index of the catering industry in May was 49.42, a decrease of 0.26, still below the neutral level. Since August 2024, the catering industry has continued to experience nearly 10 months of slight contraction. The industry is currently in a period of combined impact of overall recovery and structural adjustment.
