Zhonghe Technology establishes a new company with robot-related businesses.

The Qichacha app shows that Shi Kongyun Neng Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Zhenkai as the legal representative and a registered capital of 2 million yuan. Its business scope includes software development, Internet of Things technology research and development, sales of special equipment, key systems and parts for rail transit, manufacturing of electronic special equipment, manufacturing of industrial robots, and manufacturing of service consumer robots. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by National Science Zhonghe Innovation Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhonghe Technology.
