Dalian City: 27 specific measures to boost consumption.

In order to better leverage the fundamental role of consumption in economic development, the General Office of the Dalian Municipal People's Government recently issued a notice on the implementation of "Several Measures to Boost Consumption in Dalian." The "Several Measures" are divided into seven aspects, including main objectives, promoting increased income and reduced burdens for residents, improving quality and benefiting the people's service consumption, enhancing the quality of consumer goods, upgrading bulk consumption, optimizing the consumption environment, and ensuring protection measures, with a total of 27 specific measures.
