According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, recently, Zhenjiang Dajin International Trade Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Youjun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 3 million yuan. Its business scope includes: ship design, ship manufacturing, ship repair, ship inspection services, electrical equipment sales, machinery and electrical equipment sales, marine engineering equipment sales, marine engineering equipment manufacturing, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Tianhai Defense.
