Recently, the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Municipal Education Commission issued measures aimed at reducing the non-teaching burdens on teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens to create a good educational environment. It proposed controlling the total number and frequency of inspections, evaluations, and assessments, and not requiring teachers to be on duty during winter and summer vacations, legal holidays, and regular periods. It also supports teachers in effectively and appropriately implementing their disciplinary rights in education.
