SAIC Group and others invest to establish a new company with industrial robot business.

According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, Shanghai Zhongqi Cheng Technology Services Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Yuyue as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: automotive parts research and development; general equipment repair; special equipment repair; industrial robot installation and maintenance, etc. Equity penetration analysis on Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is wholly owned by SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., whose major shareholder is SAIC Group.
