They will focus on cultivating a logistics platform around the China-Laos Railway, building a multi-level logistics hub, a cross-regional logistics service network, and an international train assembly center. They will promote comprehensive development along the China-Laos Railway, continuously enhance the "golden route" effect of the China-Laos Railway for mutual connectivity and common development, accelerate the construction of industrial parks along the border, and create a number of characteristic industrial parks.
