Eastern Airlines Technology Co., Ltd. and Cainiao Group jointly create a smart aircraft maintenance solution. The project uses AI technology to identify aircraft damage and predict potential failures in advance through data mining; in addition, it also uses augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technology to train and guide maintenance personnel to improve maintenance efficiency and accuracy. The project has been completed in two phases, with the first phase being the Qingpu Training Center (Research and Development Center) and the second phase being the Hongqiao Maintenance Base project.
