Journalists learned from the National Energy Administration on the 5th that China has established the world's largest Internet-based electricity service system, and the efficient and convenient electricity service methods that are informatized, networked, and intelligent have basically taken shape. Online service apps such as "Online State Grid" and "Southern Power Online" have registered more than 400 million users, with over 97% of transactions being conducted online. Basic services such as electricity application, payment, inquiry, and fault repair have been streamlined into a single online platform. At the same time, China has basically achieved full coverage of "three zeros" and "three savings" services, which means that low-voltage users have "zero home visits, zero approvals, zero investments" for electricity applications, and high-voltage users benefit from "saving labor, time, and money" in their electricity applications. In the past 5 years, China has saved electric investment costs for users by over 300 billion yuan.
