According to the Qichacha APP, Beijing Baitong Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Yu Ruihuai as the legal representative. Its business scope includes heat production and supply, and enterprise management. The equity penetration information on Qichacha shows that the company is fully owned by Baitong Energy.
