Responding to the White House visa restriction order, Harvard University has decided to sue the US government again.

On June 5th, local time, Harvard University filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration's decision to ban international students from entering the United States. Harvard University stated that Trump is circumventing a court order that prohibits the Trump administration from revoking Harvard University's ability to admit international students. On June 4th, the White House issued a statement saying that President Trump signed a proclamation restricting visas for foreign students at Harvard University for a period of 6 months. As of now, Harvard University has sued the Trump administration for freezing funds, banning the admission of international students, and now the visa restrictions on June 5th, making it three recent lawsuits Harvard University has initiated against the US government.
