Zhixing Financial APP News, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (688981.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Holdings Limited ("SMIC Holdings"), intends to sell 14.832% equity in Semiconductor Manufacturing International (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. ("SMIC Ningbo" or the "target company") to Hunan Goertek Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300672.SZ, hereinafter referred to as "Goertek Micro"). Upon completion of this transaction, SMIC Holdings will no longer hold equity in SMIC Ningbo.
