US stocks fluctuate | Chip sector rises, Philadelphia Semiconductor Index up 1.5%

In terms of news, US Commerce Secretary Lutnick stated that President Trump hopes to establish a complete chip supply chain in the United States. Lutnick said that efforts are being made to build advanced chip factories within 18 months, aiming to produce 5 million wafers during Trump's presidency.
