SMIC International: Wholly owned subsidiary SMIC Holdings sells 14.832% equity of SMIC Ningbo.

On the evening of June 5th, SMIC International announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary SMIC International Holdings Limited intends to sell 14.832% of the equity of SMIC Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. to Hunan National Microelectronics Co., Ltd. After the transaction is completed, SMIC Holdings will no longer hold equity in SMIC Ningbo.
