The Zhongbao New Material (02439.HK) announced on the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, that on June 5, 2025 (after trading hours), its subsidiary Jilin Kaishun, in which the company indirectly holds 99.01% equity, has signed a construction contract with a contractor. In accordance with this, Jilin Kaishun has appointed the contractor to carry out the construction project of a production base with a building area of approximately 80,298 square meters located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, China, with a total cost of approximately 236.7 million yuan.
