China Payment and Clearing Association releases two new rules to regulate payment outsourcing service behavior.

Today, reporters learned from the China Payment and Clearing Association that in order to strengthen self-regulation of acquiring outsourcing services, regulate payment outsourcing service behaviors, prevent risks in acquiring business, and promote the healthy development of the payment service market, the China Payment and Clearing Association recently issued the "Acquiring Outsourcing Service Organization Filing Management Specification" and "Acquiring Outsourcing Service Evaluation Management Specification". These two specifications will be implemented from the date of issuance.
