Henan ranks among the top 10 national comprehensive trial zones for data elements.

On June 5th, according to CCTV news, China will deploy to build 10 national comprehensive test zones for data elements in Beijing, Zhejiang, Anhui, Liaoning, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Hainan, and Guizhou. This will support local areas in cultivating operating entities, fostering and growing data markets, and fully unleashing the integration efficiency of the real economy and digital economy, promoting high-quality economic development. Prior to this, the Henan Provincial Government Office issued the "Action Plan for Cultivating the Data Element Market in Henan Province," clearly stating the need to formulate a construction plan for the national comprehensive test zone of data elements, support Zhengzhou in building a comprehensive test zone for data elements as a pilot, layout and construction of a group of provincial-level data element comprehensive test zones and conduct pilot projects, and form a group of institutional innovation achievements in the fields of data property rights, circulation transactions, revenue distribution, and security governance, accelerate the construction of a data basic institutional system.
