The registered capital is 100 million yuan, with Hongjing Technology investing 55 million yuan, accounting for 55% of the shares. Xu Chi invests 20 million yuan, accounting for 20% of the shares. Other non-related parties Rao Guoyi, Luo Faqiang, and Ma Siyu each invest 15 million yuan, 8 million yuan, and 2 million yuan, accounting for 15%, 8%, and 2% of the shares, respectively. The joint venture company will be included in the consolidated financial statements of Hongjing Technology.
