News from the Wise Finance APP, Xingwangda (300207.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Qianhai Hongsheng Entrepreneurship Investment Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qianhai Hongsheng"), intends to sign a "Qingdao Xinghang New Energy Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Limited Partnership Agreement" with the general partners Guangdong Xinghang New Venture Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinghang New Venture") and Shanghai Tongdao Tongchuang Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Tongdao Tongchuang"). They plan to jointly invest in the Qingdao Xinghang New Energy Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Limited Partnership, with a total subscribed capital of RMB 54.1 million, of which Qianhai Hongsheng's subscribed capital is RMB 27 million, accounting for 49.91%; Tongdao Tongchuang's subscribed capital is RMB 27 million, accounting for 49.91%; and Xinghang New Venture's subscribed capital is RMB 100,000, accounting for 0.18%. This investment is to directly or through special purpose vehicles or other means, invest in the equity of Haier New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
