Zhtng Cijng APP news, Jin Yu Group (601992.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Jin Yu Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jin Yu Real Estate) recently obtained the "Confirmation Letter of Land Use Right Listing and Transaction for State-owned Construction Land in Beijing". Jin Yu Real Estate successfully bid for the two-class urban residential land use right for the balance fund land parcel (Phase II) project HD00-1412-0017 in Baoshan Village, Haidian District, Beijing through public listing bidding. The total land area is 28,592.77 square meters, with an above-ground construction area of 60,044.82 square meters, and the transaction price is 3.364 billion yuan. Currently, Jin Yu Real Estate owns 100% equity in this project.
