As of today's close, the total market value of China's real estate investment trusts (REITs) has surpassed 200 billion yuan for the first time, with a total of 66 REITs in the market and a total market value of 201.91 billion yuan. On May 17, 2021, the first batch of 9 publicly offered infrastructure REITs was approved, marking the beginning of the development of REITs in China. In just four years, the scale has exceeded 200 billion yuan.
