The company agreed to use its own funds of 30 million yuan to make a targeted capital increase of 6 billion yuan to its subsidiary Zhejiang Rouzhen Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Rouzhen Technology") with an estimated value of 600 million yuan before this capital increase. The company subscribed to all the new registered capital of Rouzhen Technology of 750,000 yuan, corresponding to 4.7619% of the total equity of Rouzhen Technology after this transaction. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Rouzhen Technology will increase from 15 million yuan to 15.75 million yuan, and the company's equity stake in Rouzhen Technology will change from 58.4333% to 60.4127%.
