In the first quarter of 2025, WaterDrop Company's net operating income was 754 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 108 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.2%, achieving profitability for 13 consecutive quarters; the ratio of operating expenses to revenue was 40.3%, a year-on-year decrease of 6.1 percentage points. Since announcing the initiation of a stock buyback program in September 2021, as of May 31, 2025, WaterDrop Company has repurchased approximately 54.2 million ADS shares from the open market.
