Shiji Information (002153.SZ) subsidiary signs PMS cloud service related agreement with Marriott.

Wisdom Financial APP News, Shiji Information (002153.SZ) announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shiji America has signed the "Main Service Agreement for Cloud Services" (referred to as "MSA") and "Service Plan" with Marriott International Management Services Company (referred to as "Marriott"). Under the MSA, the company will become the preferred provider of PMS cloud services for Marriott's wholly-managed and franchised hotels in China, using the Software as a Service (SaaS) model to provide them with the next generation cloud-based enterprise hotel information management system DAYLIGHT PMS. By signing this agreement with Marriott, DAYLIGHT PMS is certified by Marriott as the preferred cloud PMS provider in China.
