CityLand Hong Kong: Won the bid for China Mobile Zhejiang project.

Announcement from Chengdi Hong Kong: Hong Kong System Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and a member of the joint venture, has received the winning bid notification for the EPC project general contract procurement of China Mobile Zhejiang Company's 2025 Yangtze River Delta Data Center power system construction project. The winning bid price is 440 million yuan, 492 million yuan. A formal contract has not yet been signed with the tenderer, but it is expected that the related income will have a positive impact on the company.
