Three departments: rewarding internal whistleblowers who report on the quality and safety of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

The State Administration for Market Regulation, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Medical Products Administration jointly issued the "Notice on Rewarding Internal Reporting of Drug and Medical Device Quality and Safety". It states that in order to receive a reward for internal reporting, the reporter must meet the following conditions: there must be clear evidence of the reported misconduct and specific violations, as well as provide key evidence; the report must not have been previously known to the drug regulatory authority; the report must be investigated and concluded by the drug regulatory authority, resulting in administrative penalties, or referred to judicial authorities for criminal prosecution.
