"Beijing Arrow" Takes Off with "Beijing Technology" to Test New Quantum Communication Technology

"Beijing Technology" was launched into the air by "Beijing Arrow". It was learned from the Beijing Institute of Quantum Information Science that recently, the module-level verification of the space-to-ground quantum direct communication system of the institute was successfully completed, marking the official entry of China's space-to-ground quantum direct communication technology into the construction stage of an integrated space, sky, and earth quantum direct communication network. On May 29th, the Yuanhang 1 verification rocket developed by the city's commercial aerospace company Arrow Element Technology completed its first sea-based flight recovery test. On this rocket were two small boxes, which were the quantum direct communication laser module and phase encoding module independently developed by the quantum direct communication team of the Beijing Quantum Institute.
