TOP TOY is planning an IPO in Hong Kong, and its parent company, namZol Optimum, declined to comment.

It was reported that Miniso has hired JPMorgan and UBS to arrange for the spin-off of its subsidiary TOP TOY and conduct its initial public offering in Hong Kong. When asked for confirmation by Sina Technology, Miniso declined to comment.
