China National Pharmaceutical Group: Director Wei Shuyuan Resigns

China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation announced on June 5th that the board of directors recently received a written resignation from director Wei Shuyuan. Wei Shuyuan is retiring due to age and has applied to resign from the position of director in the company. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company.
