The German police reported on the 5th that on the evening of June 4th, a passenger plane flying from Berlin, Germany to Milan, Italy encountered severe turbulence during the flight and had to make an emergency landing at Memmingen Airport in Bavaria, Germany, causing multiple injuries on board. According to police reports, the flight, belonging to Ryanair, encountered severe weather conditions and turbulence while flying over southern Germany, causing injuries of varying degrees to 9 people including 8 passengers and 1 crew member. The injured also include a two-year-old child. The cause of the accident is still under further investigation. At the time of the incident, the flight was carrying a total of 179 passengers and 6 crew members. Due to the accident, the flight was unable to continue. The airline is currently coordinating for the passengers to be transported by bus to their destination. (CCTV News).
