According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Jinkai Xineng Yiwu New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Yinzha as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, wind power generation technical services, electronic specialized equipment sales, power electronic component sales, and centralized fast charging stations. The equity penetration of QiChaCha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Jinkai Xineng.
