According to the Qichacha app, recently, Zhongshan Yingweiteng Automotive Power System Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories; sales of new energy vehicle electrical accessories; research and development of automotive parts; manufacturing of power electronic components, etc. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Yingweiteng Electric Vehicle Drive Technology Co., Ltd., with the latter being majority owned by Yingweiteng.
