According to information from the Tianyancha App, recently, Chenzhi Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with Guangzhou Automobile Group's subsidiary Guangzhou Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. being added as shareholders. The registered capital increased from 360 million RMB to approximately 550 million RMB, and several executives also experienced changes. Chenzhi Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2022, with Zhang Dongjun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes engineering and technical research and experimental development, automotive parts research and development, manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories, wholesale of automotive parts, software development, and motor manufacturing. It is currently jointly owned by China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd. and the aforementioned new shareholders.
