Citigroup announced that as part of its ongoing efforts to simplify operations globally, it will make adjustments to its global technology and business support department in the next phase. As part of the adjustment, Citigroup will streamline its global technology solution centers located in Shanghai and Dalian. The global technology solution center in GuangzhouCitigroup Financial Information Services Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branchwill not be affected. The legal entity bank Citibank established in China will not be affected by this adjustment. Citigroup expects to complete the adjustment of technical personnel mentioned above by the fourth quarter of 2025.
