The Tianyancha App shows that recently, Zhongxin Jinshi Investment Co., Ltd. has undergone a change in business registration, with registered capital reduced from 3 billion RMB to 2.1 billion RMB, a decrease of 30%. The company was established in October 2007, with Chang Junsheng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes industrial investment, investment consulting, and management, and it is fully owned by Zhongxin Securities. It is worth noting that earlier, Zhongxin Securities Investment Co., Ltd. also underwent a change in business registration, with registered capital reduced from 17 billion RMB to 13 billion RMB.
