Reporters have learned that some central SOEs are preparing for the continued issuance of existing corporate bonds, which may gradually be implemented in the near future. Recently, Citic Securities and China Merchants Securities have already completed the pilot project for the continued issuance of securities company bonds. The scale of the continued issuance of bonds listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange is 20 billion yuan and 15 billion yuan respectively, with the size of each bond reaching 40 billion yuan and 42 billion yuan after the continued issuance. Industry insiders say that the mechanism of continued bond issuance is usually used by high-quality issuers to increase the size of individual bond issuances, thereby boosting liquidity and stability in the secondary market valuation.
