Zhijun Finance and Economics APP News, Easton (002747.SZ) announced that, in order to deepen its globalization strategy layout, accelerate overseas business development, enhance the company's international brand image, and further enhance the company's core competitiveness, after fully researching and demonstrating, the company plans to issue overseas listed foreign capital stock (H shares) and list on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange") (referred to as "this issue and listing"). The company will fully consider the interests of existing shareholders and the situation of domestic and foreign capital markets, and choose the appropriate timing and issuance window to complete this issue and listing within the validity period of the shareholders' meeting resolution (i.e. 24 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting of the company or other periods agreed to be extended).
